He has sixteen years of academic experience and three years of industrial experience. He has done his BBA degree at Madras University, Chennai. He obtained an MBA from Anna University and M.Com. from Madras University. He completed M.Phil in Commerce from Bharathiyar University. Current academic pursuits include a Ph.D. in Management at Annamalai University. Financial accounting, corporate accounting and cost & management accounting are among his areas of expertise. He also has a strong interest in research areas, including financial and portfolio management as well as research techniques.
Assistant Professor
M.Dominic Jayakumar, SJ, is a Jesuit Priest. He obtained his undergraduate and Masters in Chemistry, Loyola College, Chennai, under University of Madras, Tamilnadu. He completed MBA, ALTIS, in Sacred Heart Catholic University of Milan, Italy. Additionally, obtained MBA degree from Pondicherry university. He obtained his doctorate defending his thesis titled "the contribution of Social entrepreneurial organisations on achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)" at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai, university of Madras. He has published 2 papers in Scopus indexed journals; 3 papers in UGC care journals; 4 book chapters. In addition, he has presented 8 papers international and 2 papers in national conferences. Besides, he has attended and completed online and offline FDPs. And he completed a number of online certification programmes.
Assistant Professor
He is an accomplished academician with vast experience in both teaching and student management. He is currently serving as the, a role in which he oversees various student-related activities, ensuring a conducive academic environment for growth and success. Additionally, he holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration (BBA), where he imparts his expertise to undergraduate students, focusing on management education. Before joining Loyola College of Arts & Science, Mr. Saravanan had significant teaching experience in various institutions. His professional journey began as a Communicative English Trainer at WICE, Jayamkondam, where he honed his skills in language teaching. Following that, he worked as a Communicative English Trainer at SIET, Ulunthupet, where he contributed to improving the language proficiency of students. Mr. Saravanan's association with AVS College of Arts and Science, Ramalingapuram, Salem, has been notable. He worked in the MBA Department, providing valuable academic contributions to the institution, and later transitioned into his role at Loyola College, Mettala. His expertise in communication, management, and student development has made him a respected figure in the academic community.

He has dynamic and result-oriented professional with over 11 years of teaching experience and 1 year in industry, specializing in Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Strategic Management. He holds a Ph.D. (Finance) from Dr. N.G.P Arts and Science College, Bharathiar University (DC 1 Completed), an M.Phil in Finance from Saraswathy Thiyagaraja College (2017), an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Pavai College of Engineering (2011), and a B.Com (CA) from Selvam Arts and Science College (2009). His professional journey includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Loyola College of Arts and Science (2023-Present), Nehru Arts and Science College (2019-2023), Muthayammal Memorial College (2015-2018), RVS Technical Campus (2014-2015), and Nehru Arts and Science College (2011-2013). Additionally, he worked as an HR professional handling PF/ESI statutory compliance at Pallava Textiles Pvt. Ltd. (2018-2019).
