Rules and Regulations


Rules
  • Application for admission to the degree courses must be made in the prescribed form. Applicants should have completed 17 years and 6 months on the 15th day of July of the current year
  • Incomplete application forms will be rejected. All admissions are provisional and subject to the approval of the University
  • The Principal reserves the right to cancel the admission of the provisionally selected applicants at any time without assigning any reason.

Fees Rugulation
  • Newly admitted students shall pay their fees in full for the first semester at the time of admission
  • Students who withdraw during the course of the year are required to pay the entire college fees and other fees of that year.
  • Students are permitted to pay the examination fees only after they pay their college fees.
  • Students, who leave the college during the course, cannot claim any portion of the fees paid.

Attendance

All the students are expected to attend classes everyday without fail. However, students can avail leave after obtaining permission from the Vice-Principals, on genuine grounds

  • Daily attendance of students is marked in a register by individual teachers for every period
  • 3. If a student is absent for one period in a day, he/ she will be marked absent for one period only. Two such one periods of absence will be marked as half a day and three such single periods of absence will be marked as full day
